Steven Revelian is the founder and CEO of KARUDECA. He has over 15 years experience in resources mobilization, organisational leadership and project management. He holds a BA in education and a master in Education planning and Management from the Saint Augustine University of Tanzania.He is currently a PhD candidate in educational leadership at St Louis University in the United States of America.Steven manages strategic planning, resource mobilization, project evaluation, and human resource development. He previously taught English at Kayanga Secondary School and assisted with administrative tasks. Skilled in report writing, nonprofit management, and fundraising, Steven is fluent in English, Kiswahili, and Kinyarwanda. He is passionate about philanthropy and empowering marginalized communities through education and development projects.
Axsa is a seasoned project management professional with a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management of Foreign Relations, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy. With eight years of extensive experience in managing a variety of projects, Axsa has collaborated with local and international organizations, as well as faith-based institutions. This diverse background has equipped Axsa with a robust skill set in strategic planning, cross-cultural team management, and effective stakeholder engagement. Committed to driving positive change, Axsa leverages academic expertise and practical insights to ensure successful project outcomes and foster international cooperation.
Augustus Machumi is a Finance specialist and agricultural entrepreneur with 13 years' experience providing planning and budgeting, management and control of donor funded projects and business capital in Public and Private Sector. A proactive entrepreneur who blends both educational and entrepreneurial skills to bring about changes in vibrant and fast growing economy.
Dr. Jonathan Mukiza. P. Kansheba is an Assistant Professor of International Business and Management at the Department of Management, International Business and Supply Chain Management - Thomas College of Business and Economics, University of North Carolina at Pembroke, USA. He earned his PhD in International Business from the School of Business and Law of the University of Agder, Norway. He teaches International Business and International Management classes at the UNCP. His main research interests include Crowdfunding;
Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial ecosystems; Innovation ecosystems; Venture capital; Knowledge management; and (broadly) International Business/Management. His research appears in the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research, Baltic Journal of Management, Journal of African Business, International Journal of Managing Projects in Business, Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, Small Enterprise Research, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights, China Finance Review International, SN Business and Economics etc. He also regularly reviews papers for peer-reviewed academic journals in his field. Dr. Kansheba is a member of the Association of International Business, Research, andPractice (AIBRP) and the Co-editor of the Journal of International Business Research and
Practice since 2023.

Shubira (Shubi) Bocko, is a dedicated Refugee and Immigrant Services Specialist in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A., with close to a decade of experience working in immigration services in both a nonprofit organization where she provided direct service to newcomers and in a state government agency where she collaborated with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and immigrant-serving organizations to develop culturally and linguistically tailored statewide health resources. Her immigrant background and experience serving in Peace Corps Tanzania as a public health professional and in Peace Corps Philippines as a social worker drives her interests and passion for humanitarian work in East Africa and the Middle East. Outside of work, Shubi enjoys mentoring newcomers, reading books, journaling, and visiting historical sites.

Tunu is a leader with over 10 years of experience and a demonstrated history of working in INGOs, Microfinance, Banking and Tourism industry.
Her previous and current professional experience provide her with expertise in government and institutional relations, management of partnerships, strategic and organizational development, community and network development and Project Management. She holds an MBA - Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Wales (United Kingdom) and a Bachelors's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Dar Es Salaam (Tanzania). Furthermore, she is a certified Microfinance Expert from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management (Germany) and a Master Trainer for Business Games at German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation.
Kalangari Rwehumbiza is a PhD candidate in Business Administration and Management at Hongik University, supported by the Korean Government Scholarship Program (KGSP) since 2015. Prior to his studies in South Korea, he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in human resources management from Mzumbe University in Tanzania. He also served as an assistant lecturer at the Local Government Institute in Hombolo, Tanzania, starting in 2013.
After completing his PhD coursework and qualifying exams in 2019, Kalangari moved to the United States. He currently resides in Kansas and works as a Safety Coordinator at ASSA ABLOY. His research interests include resource mobilization, work-life balance, social entrepreneurship, employee retention and engagement, innovation, and labour turnover. His ongoing dissertation explores the theorization of resource mobilization in creating social value, with evidence from Tanzanian social entrepreneurial firms.
